The Official Closure of the Case David Brooks, better known by his stage name Mavado, is no longer under investigation, as confirmed by the head of the St. Andrew North Division, Superintendent Randy Sweeney. According to Sweeney, based on the current information and circumstances, the police have decided to close the matter. "Based on the information that we have at hand and the circumstances, that matter has been closed.
